Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for shipping rates unless promotion and or coupon is granted!

All orders are processed within 3 business days after purchase is made.  This excludes weekends and holidays.  Please email cravebycarlie@gmail.com immediately after placing an order for expedited shipping.  Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation to the designated email address provided at the time of purchase. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for expedited shipping and 5-7 business days for standard shipping. 

Once the mail carrier confirms delivery of merchandise , Crave By Carlie will NOT be held accountable for items.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.

Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.
