1. How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, therefore, once an order is placed it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
2. How to track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped out with a tracking number.
3. I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address provided might be spelled incorrectly. If you believe this is so or you are still unable to locate the confirmation email of your order, please contact customer service.
4. How to take care of my Crave item?
Wash your CRAVE by Carlie gear in cold water on gentle cycle. Hang to dry
5. The item that I want is sold out.
CRAVE wants you to have access to exclusive pieces, therefore, only select items will be restocked. We still however, would love to hear what you would like to see. Please send any feedback to cravebycarlie@gmail.com and subscribe to cravebycarlie email list to be notified on restocked items and new arrivals.
6. When is the next collection launching?
For the inside scoop, sign-up for our CRAVE by Carlie newsletter to hear about exclusive news and releases. Go to our homepage, scroll to the very bottom and enter your email address. Our website and social media pages will also have information relating to launch dates.
7. Can we meet to pick up my items?
